includes anything purchased since 15/10/20, including Sale items.

We aim to send all orders within 3 days and you'll get an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Our couriers are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure no direct contact is being made when
delivering your parcel.
On occasion we may need to split orders into separate packages (so we can get items to you as quickly as possible) and if you’ve paid by card you may see an additional pre-authorisation on your account for the items yet to be dispatched - please rest assured, we will only charge you for the items as they are dispatched.
We’re working hard to process returns as quickly and safely as possible. Protecting our people remains our top priority, and the new measures we have in place in our warehouse to do this can mean that we’re not as fast as usual. Thanks for your patience.
